
, After earlier careers as an accountant in the Civil Service, and as an actor, I moved into theatre production and management in 1990. I have worked on over 300 shows in a wide range of theatre settings, from 3,000-seaters to village halls, from Aberdeen to Arnhem, working in both the commercial and subsidised sectors.
I was a member of the senior management team responsible for a £1.5 million refurbishment project at the Oldham Coliseum Theatre., managed the Lowther Pavilion Theatre in Lytham St.Annes, and am currently Director of the Theatre Royal Dumfries, and am on the board of trustees for the Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival and the Wardlaw Trust.
